Yup, it's been a while since I posted up to the blog. I blame it on the magical properties of the new camera and it's abilities to swallow spare time into it's magnetic vortex. Be prepared for some supah-good photos, really.

Here's a shot I dropped six days ago. A really nice bitter sweet chocolate espresso. Tasted a bit like an Extra Bittersweet Dagoba chocolate bar (87%) I bought for Doreen recently. Measured to 15 grams, cut the shot at approx 25 seconds. One ounce shot poured into a two ounce ceramic I got in Vietnam.
