Do you know how hard this is? Well I'm finding it hard. Incredibly hard. I only get to practice it once a day, maybe twice. With just over one ounce of espresso and just under two ounces of steamed milk poured into a Bodum Pavina three ounce borosilicate glass - it's killin' me. This is the best I have managed so far. Must, pour, miniature, latte, art. ;-)
